Katherine Heigl got a warning from a Santa Monica cop after she threw her cigarette butt onto the street. We all know that Katherine Heigl loves smoking and recently, there are a lot of news covering on this.

However, she escaped a nifty sum of fine by sweet talking. She managed to get away with a warning which normal people will get a bill from the cop.

Sources revealed that:

“The officer told Katherine to pick up the butt and throw it away in the trash, 10 feet away,” the source says. “He added that he’d fine her next time he catches her tossing trash on the sidewalk.”

This enraged a few fans saying that she should just pay the fine. I am sure that she is able to pay it since she is making millions off the Katherine Heigl Grey’s Anatomy contract.
